We do have Timbren axles rated at 7,000lbs, however, we do not currently have 4" lift Timbren axles that are rated at 7,000lbs. If you do not need 4" lift then I recommend the Timbren Axle-Less Trailer Suspension System - Spindle w/ Brake Flange - Regular Tires - 7K # TASR7KS01. If your trailer does not have a cross member then you may need to reinforce the frame. You can do this by building out the trailer frame or by adding a 2x3" steel bar in the pre-cut 2x3" slots on the timbrens.

You are going to need to measure your current axles in a few places to get the correct one as we don't have access to what your numbers referenced on your Ranger Trail trailer.
You will need to measure from hub face to hub face and then from the spring seat centers. You will also need to know what bolt pattern you have on your current hubs. I attached a help article on how to determine this as well.

It is a little difficult to see the rounded edges that you mentioned in the picture but the Stromberg Carlson RV Bunk Ladder # LA-466 should still work well to allow for easy easy access on the bunk. I have attached an image that gives you a closer look at how the mounting hooks will attach to the bunk rail so you can get a better idea if this will work. It would be really awesome if there was an RV observation system that could wire into the console display of your truck but at this time that's not something that's available, but your 2019 Elkridge 290RS is pre-wired for the Furrion system part # FOS43TASF which I recommend for you. This system will install very easily since the hard part of the install is already done on your trailer and since this kit has the best reception of the kits available it is the best way to go. view full answer...
